Do you find yourself comparing your looks to others or finding flaws in your appearance? Most of us struggle with self-image in some way or another, but it does not have to overcome us. Learn from our speakers about their experiences with self-image and how they’ve learned to love the way God created them.

If you struggle with depression, anxiety or other mental health disorders, this session will be a safe space for you. Hear one speaker's testimony about her mental health journey and learn valuable tools to help you cope while on yours.

Is there someone in your life, whether it be at school, a club or sport, at home, or even at church who has bullied you? Hear from our speakers about their experiences as victims of bullying and how they overcame it.

Ever thought that you didn't have a testimony because you haven't done anything that's conventionally "bad" or haven't experienced something that's had a major impact on your life? In this session, you will hear from others who have felt this way and learn how to write your testimony—because you certainly have one! 

If you’ve had consensual sex or experienced something traumatic, this session is a safe place to hear about our speakers' experiences and how they found healing and forgiveness. In this session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences, as long as you are comfortable.
